Bottom Paint is On

Today I was able to paint Annie's bottom.

No much to say about painting the bottom other than I got as much on me as I did on Annie.

I'm still waiting for the topside paint to dry enough to buff and remove a couple of runs and some orange peel. Afterwards, she will get her boot stripe and her name put on.

Fair seas and God bless!

Here's the pics...

    2. You've certainly put in a lot of work on her and it shows. She's come a long way since you got her so it's good seeing a classic boat like that in good hands and well taken care of. ;-)

Looking forward to seeing her in the water again.

    3. Thanks Dan. It has been a long road... over two years now and we still have some things to do.

(Noticed two rather large cracks at her lower two rudder hinge points while painting... might be a big repair job there... inspecting thoroughly today).

      Thanks again.

  3. Did you go with a TotalBoat bottom paint also or another type?

    1. No... just a 45% copper ablative they had at the office. Should get a couple of seasons and then I'll have to haul and repaint.
